This is an In Person, All staff interactive training designed to help practices improve optical capture rate, reduce exam-only patients, and create a more consistent patient experience from the initial phone call through checkout.
The training focuses on where sales break down in the patient journey and how the entire team—PCCs, technicians, opticians, and doctors—can work together to improve handoffs, confidence, and objection handling. The session is practical and workflow-based, using clear scripting and real-world scenarios rather than generic sales tactics.
Prior to the training, the practice completes a scored intake assessment so the session can be tailored to the practice’s specific gaps. Following the training, leadership receives a KPI comparison worksheet to track improvements at 30, 60, and 90 days.
The goal: fewer exam-only patients, stronger capture rates, and measurable results.
