As an experienced optical professional, I have dedicated my career to providing high - quality education and exceptional customer service to the practices I partner with. With 20 years of hands - on experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry and the unique needs of the patient and the practices that serve them.
My passion for educating the next generation is what drives me to continuously improve my skills and knowledge. Whether it is staff development, business management, or troubleshooting, I am committed to providing personalized care and ensuring that every practice I partner with feels satisfied with their experience.
